What services do you offer?
I offer website hosting, website design and setup, and website maintenance/update plans. I have many packages and plans available, one of which should meet your needs. See Packages and Plans for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept PayPal and all major credit cards, and electronic bank drafts for payment. All transactions are fully guaranteed, 100% safe and secure.
How does your service work?
You simply choose the package or plan that best suits your needs, and purchase an account.
If you purchase a Hosting Only plan, all I will need from you is your domain name (if you already have one registered) or the domain name you would like to register. You will then be able to create and publish your website yourself, with the easy to use Control Panel. I will be there for you, to handle any technical or support issues, free of charge!
If you purchase a Basic or Premium Package with website design included, you will then need to fill out the Build Your Website form and submit it to me as soon as possible. I will then search for and register a domain name for you, and begin creating a website tailored to your tastes and needs. Once I have the basic look and feel of the site created I will then need you to submit your content to me, such as text, pictures, and any other information you want to include in your site. You will be kept informed of my progress and will be able to preview my work. This will be your website, so your input and suggestions are crucial. Once we are both happy with the results, I will publish your website to the internet, and you'll be up and running! At this point, the site is totally yours! You can then make any changes or updates to your website as you see fit, using the Control Panel feature.
Or, if you prefer, you can purchase a maintenance/update plan*, and I will handle this for you! You simply provide me with the information and I will make the changes or updates. Either way, I will be there for you, to handle any technical or support issues, free of charge!
* Please note: maintenance/update plans are only available with the purchase of a Basic or Premium Package.
After I sign up for an account, what do I need to do?
For Hosting Only plans: Submit your domain name (if you already have one registered) or the domain name you would like to register.
For Basic or Premium Packages with website design: Fill out the Build Your Website form and submit it to me as soon as possible. Submit your content to me, such as text, pictures, and any other information you want to include in your site.
For Maintenance/Update Plans: You simply provide me with the information and I will make the changes or updates for you.*

How long will the process take?
Hosting Only plans will be active within 48 - 72 hours. If you require domain name search and registration, please allow an additional 24 hours.
Basic or Premium Packages, with website design and setup, usually take about a week, up to 2 weeks for more complex websites. These are general timeframes, and are dependent on many factors. You have my pledge, and guarantee, that I will have your website up and running as soon as possible.
Maintenance/Update Plans: Changes will be made to your site within 24 hours after being submitted to me, in most cases within 12 hours.
How will you know how I want my website to look, and what content and information I want on my website?
This is where I depend on you! It is very important that you fill out and submit the Build Your Website form as soon as possible. Also, please submit your content to me via email, such as text, pictures, and any other information you want to include in your site. At this point your input, comments, suggestions and ideas are crucial to this process. The sooner I get this information, the sooner your website will be up and running.
